aN INTRO TO ANGRI WORR KART ACADEMY

Based at Killarney International Raceway in Cape Town but with bases all over South Africa, Europe and Bahrain, ANGRi WORR Kart Academy was created to give youngsters and their families the opportunity to step easily into karting and rapidly accelerate their journey to the top of the podium in professional 2-stroke kart racing in South Africa and around the world. Historically, personal driver training and development for youngsters has been impossible to come by with such rare expertise available on a permanent basis. Whilst there are no shortage of individuals and ‘teams’ that will ‘run’ your karting child…. One-on-one expert coaching and driver development programmes using on-track, trackside and classroom tuition alongside world class data analysis, pit to driver coms and on-track video analysis coupled with our worldwide network and driver development programmes is completely unique to us.

The ANGRi WORR Kart Academy is stacked to the rafters with expert talented Trainers and Race Engineers (Take a look here) to work one on one with your aspiring driver. Every single one of our trainers have won multiple National and/or Provincial Karting Championships, as well as current National Karting Champions with lots of International experience as well as 5 WORLD Championships in our training roster. A few of our trainers are also winning on the main circuits of South Africa in saloon car and single-seater National Championships! Your child will have the benefit of all of their input and coaching, 5 days a week regardless of their National and International duties. Our ‘Peer’ programme also promotes the internal help and support from our own more experienced drivers to develop our new up and coming kids.

If you are completely new to karting and want to get started, then our ‘Karting Growth Division’ is for you. Every Tuesday, our Champion trainers dedicate their time to new and novice drivers when the track is safer and quieter. You and your youngster are able to come to the circuit for their 4 week Novice / Intro course in a race spec FIA Homologated kart with some very intensive training and on-track sessions, whilst getting some very good honest, unbiased advice. We have race-spec karts and equipment for Novice / Intro training for youngsters 5 to 15 years of age.

We then take care of all their next steps including full Regional and SA National Racing, their step into Europe at the World Finals and full Championship racing in our very own team in Bahrain ‘Forza Bahrain Racing’…. Giving your child everything they need to then step into Formula racing with us.
